Rockler’s SL Router Lift (#52309) supports selected midsize router motors without a collar and selected compact routers using one of two different collars. Buying the wrong collar—or assuming a different router model fits—can make an otherwise promising setup unusable.

Which adapter collar is required?
Use #58234 only for the models Rockler lists in its 2.73-inch compact-router group, and #58753 for its listed Bosch Colt 2.87-inch group. Neither collar is included by default according to the product listing.
SL versus Pro Lift: do not confuse them
For Bosch 1617 and DeWalt DW618, the SL lift lists direct fit while the Pro Lift lists adapter collar #57022. The Pro Lift directly lists Porter-Cable 7518/7519; the SL listing does not. A motor’s compatibility with one Rockler lift is not proof of fit with the other.
Table and plate fit
Rockler describes an 8-1/4 × 11-3/4-inch plate for full-size Rockler router tables. Check your table opening separately from motor fit before purchase.
Unlisted models
If Rockler does not explicitly identify your exact model, treat it as ? Unverified pending authoritative documentation. Do not infer compatibility from diameter alone.
