The Rockler Pro Lift has two separate buying decisions: whether your router motor is supported, and whether you need an optional collar. Rockler offers two plate-size versions, #52429 and #55803. The compatibility list below is taken from Rockler’s published product documentation.

Do you need the #57022 adapter?
Rockler lists Porter-Cable 7518 and 7519 without a collar. Bosch 1617, DeWalt DW616/DW618, and Porter-Cable 690/890 series are listed with the separately sold #57022 collar. Do not treat these as direct-fit installations.
Choose the correct lift plate
Rockler identifies #52429 as its 8-1/4 × 11-3/4-inch plate option for Rockler or Bench Dog tables, and #55803 as the 9-1/4 × 11-3/4-inch option for several other table brands. Check the actual opening and mounting details before ordering; motor fit and table fit are different questions.
What about routers not listed?
Unlisted routers are ? Unverified, not automatically incompatible. Rockler’s page also contains inconsistent diameter/circumference descriptions, so this guide does not infer support for additional models from measurements alone.
